Who We Are
TheGoodFelo is a literary initiative founded on a vision to drive a progressive and ubiquitous culture of reading and writing among young Africans - starting from Nigeria. At TheGoodFelo, we celebrate literature, creativity, and originality.
Our mission is clear, we connect readers to quality content, facilitate and encourage the involvement of young adults in creative writing, and provide platforms for emerging African writers to positively influence the world. The idea was birthed in 2018 but did not come alive until 2020.
As an obligation, we host writing contests for young adults and are committed to ensuring a fair and safe space for all participants and followers. To keep things running smoothly, we collect some information from you to serve you better and keep everything safe, secure, and spam-free.

Opt-Out and Data Deletion
If at any point you decide that you no longer want to be part of our community (we’ll miss you!), you can opt-out or request data deletion by contacting us at thegoodfelo@gmail.com. We’ll process your request swiftly—no questions asked (okay, maybe just a few for verification). We hate goodbyes, though. It will break our Good Heart for this to ever happen.
Minors
If you're under 18, please ensure you have your parent or guardian’s permission when providing your personal information, either during an application process or otherwise. This helps us do things right so everyone is on the same page.
